“Family Day” Presented by PADNOS

Lakeshore HBA will host “Family Day” where HBA members from differing trades will host trades related hands-on activities. This will introduce young minds to the different trades within the construction industry and let them experience the skills needed to perform these jobs.
There will also be a Live Build – from 11 AM to 1 PM with the students from Careerline Tech Center and new homeschool skilled trades program, Route.
The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holland will have a fun activity for kids and families will be able to dress up in construction gear and take fun pictures at the Photo Area.
There will be reading times throughout the day with the books “Billy the Builder Bear Builds a House” and “The House That She Built”. And the first 100 kids will receive a FREE building kit to take home. Children 15 and under get in FREE and parents get in with the purchase of a Home Show ticket.
